What conditions do you treat?

Diagnosis and treatment for: ADHD, various forms of anxiety disorders, binge eating disorder, depression, PTSD, PMDD, insomnia, erectile dysfunction, alcoholism, and others.

Due to limitations of telemedicine, patients with a history of psychosis, recent suicide attempt, or suicidal thoughts in the past 6 months, thought disorders, bipolar type 1, and forms of dementia are excluded.

My pharmacy is out of stock. What do I do?

Call the HIPAA-compliant line (443) 820-5796 with an alternative pharmacy name and address with your contact info. Most requests will be processed the same day, latest within 24 hours.

Typically, medication adjustments require a follow-up appointment for assessment and education purposes. Trials are typically 3-4 weeks long.

How do I contact my provider?

Patients have access to a secure messaging portal for questions, and responses will be sent back within 24 hours. Follow-ups and refills may be requested via the portal. You may also text the HIPAA compliant line at (443) 820-5796

How would I pick up my medication?

Medications will be electronically sent to the pharmacy of your preference; no hard copies are needed.

What happens if I have a bad side effect?

Stop medication and call 911 or follow up with your local emergency room.

What types of medical and psychiatric services do you offer?

We offer a range of care, including primary care, urgent care, and telemedicine for your medical needs. For mental health, you can choose between in-person or telehealth appointments with our psychiatric team. We’re here to support your health and well-being in whatever way works best for you.

Do you take my insurance?

We work with many insurance plans to make care easier for you. If you want to check if we take your specific plan, just let us know your insurance provider. We’re happy to help you understand what’s covered so you can feel comfortable coming in for care.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We do our best to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible, often within a few days. If you have an urgent need, we also offer same-day options when we can. We want to make sure you get the care you need without a long wait.

Can I get care without coming into the office?

Yes, you can get care from home through our telemedicine and psychiatric telehealth services. This allows you to talk with our medical or mental health providers using your phone, tablet, or computer. It’s a simple and safe way to get the help you need without coming into the office.

Where are you located?

We have two office locations—one in Frederick, Maryland, and another in Westminster, Maryland. If you are not nearby, you can still see us through our telemedicine and telehealth options. This way, you can get our care whether you’re close to our offices or somewhere else in Maryland or neighboring states.

What kinds of providers will I see for my care?

You will see a team of friendly and experienced healthcare professionals. This could include doctors, nurse practitioners, or mental health specialists, depending on your needs. We’re here to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for, whether it’s for a medical concern or for your mental health.

Can you help with both physical and mental health concerns?

Yes, you can get help for both your physical and mental health with us. We offer primary and urgent medical care as well as mental health and psychiatric services, all in one place. This means you can take care of your overall well-being without needing to visit separate offices.

Do you offer help for children and adults?

Yes, you can get care for both children and adults here. Our team is experienced in working with people of all ages, so your whole family can be supported in one place, whether it’s for medical care or mental health needs.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

At your first appointment, you should bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of any medicines you’re taking, and any questions you might have. If you have recent medical records or test results, it also helps to have those with you. This makes it easier for us to give you the best care.

Can you help if I need care outside of regular office hours?

Yes, you can get help outside of regular office hours. We offer urgent care and telemedicine options, so you have support when you need it, even if it’s after hours. This way, you don’t have to wait for your next appointment to get care.

What is your policy if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know as soon as you can. We ask for notice, usually at least 24 hours ahead of time, so we can help someone else who may need that time slot. There may be a fee for missed appointments without notice.

How do you handle payments and billing?

You can pay for your visit with insurance or out-of-pocket. We accept most major insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover everything, we’ll let you know your costs ahead of time. Payment is usually due at the time of your appointment. We want to keep billing clear and simple for you.

Do you offer payment plans if I can’t pay my bill all at once?

Yes, you can set up a payment plan if you’re not able to pay your full bill right away. We’ll work with you to find a payment schedule that fits your budget, so you can get the care you need without extra stress.

Do you give refunds if I cancel my appointment or pay for something I don’t use?

If you paid for a service you didn’t use because you canceled ahead of time, you may be able to get a refund. Each situation is different. If you miss an appointment without letting us know, a refund may not be offered. We’ll always explain your options if you have questions about refunds.

Will you remind me about my upcoming appointments?

Yes, you will get reminders about your upcoming appointments. We’ll send a text, call, or email to help you remember the date and time. This way, it’s easy for you to keep track of your visits and avoid missing any appointments.
